School's out and all our little ones are all over the place. Please drive carefully on our streets. I know I observe cars going much too fast on Atlantic. Our Learning Center is on that street and there are children usually around. As a last resort, we may have to use radar and write some tickets. I am certain it does not have to come to that with just a little cooperation from the residents and guests. The NCCC group has been here and did a fantastic job cleaning out the creek and laying stone along the bank. Please do not throw your trash into the creek. It is unsightly and gives the impression we don't care about our community, when I know we all do. Father's Day is June 17th. My father passed away in 1998, but I still honor him on Father's Day, and every day. If your father is still alive, a hug and a "I Love You" is the best present he could ever receive.
